Artistic Decorative Concrete is a young company; however, we have been building homes in the Columbia area for several years.  We became interested in concrete overlays because we wanted to use them in our spec homes Eibelconstruction.com.  My brother and I attended classes for the installation of Elite Crete products.  They are the manufacturer of the concrete materials that we use.  It is exciting how versatile and durable the concrete polymer is.  Aside from remodeling old concrete, we have also put a stamped overlay in foyers, bathrooms, and bar walls.  We have applied the product to shower walls with a stamped random stone look. The mix that we use starts off white.  That way you have better control of the final color.
